The Business Formation service includes a business name availability check, preparation and submission of your business formation filing, EIN registration, formation document delivery, and initial business setup guidance.
No. The $250 is TBails Academy’s service fee. Any required state filing fees are paid separately.
Processing times vary and are determined by the Secretary of State. TBails Academy will prepare and submit your filing and keep you updated throughout the process. Government processing times are not guaranteed.
You’ll be asked to provide information such as your desired business name, business address, ownership information, management structure, and other details needed to prepare your filing.
A Registered Agent is an individual or company designated to receive service of process and certain official correspondence on behalf of a business.
The service includes a registered office address, receipt of legal and official state documents, notification of documents received, secure document forwarding, and ongoing Registered Agent representation.
No. The registered office address is provided specifically for Registered Agent purposes. It is not a virtual business address, general mailing address, or physical office location for your business.
Registered Agent Service is $150 per year and renews annually for as long as you would like TBails Academy to continue serving as your Registered Agent.
Yes. Existing businesses can purchase the service and change their current Registered Agent to TBails Academy. Any applicable state filing requirements or fees associated with making the change are separate.
No. Business Formation and Registered Agent Service are separate services. You may purchase Business Formation without selecting TBails Academy as your Registered Agent.
No. TBails Academy provides business formation and administrative support services and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. For questions specific to your legal or tax situation, you should consult an appropriate licensed professional.
